Take Control of Your Heart Health: Steps to Reduce Heart Disease and Maintain Heart Health

Many older adults are at risk for heart disease, but certain factors greatly increase the likelihood of some getting the disease.  Dr. Eunice Sanchez-Mata, Board Certified Family Medicine Physician at Sharp Rees-Steely Medical Centers, joins our Laura Cavanaugh to discuss the top three things that adults over the age of 65 should know about heart health.

Each year, Medicare enrollees have the opportunity to make changes to their existing coverage during the Open Enrollment period, which is currently ongoing from October through December 7. If you are unsure about your healthcare coverage, you are invited to attend a free seminar and talk to experts about your Medicare options.
